As Principal Consultant of Celestial Consulting, LLC, Carrie uses her over 20 years of experience to aid managers, teams, and organizations as they navigate workplace complexities. Her clients include the Aspen Institute, Brookings Institution, LEE, and R4D.  She knows first-hand the challenging work of leading; formerly the Vice President of People Development at Teach For America, she and her team advised senior managers in management, staff culture, and diversity and inclusiveness. Additionally, Carrie led the Project Management team at KaBOOM! where she and her team were responsible for the completion of 1,400 community-built playspaces impacting over 750,000 children. As a diversity, equity, and inclusiveness specialist, Carrie partners with teams to help them enact culture-focused, equitable solutions that resolve difficult situations, create sustainable change and result in better organizational outcomes. Furthermore, Carrie and her colleagues have a catalog of individual and team assessments and build customized assessments to help organizations determine what is impacting results, engagement and individual growth. Carrie graduated with honors from Spelman College and the University of Southern California and is an Aspen Institute Fellow.
